Review Policy

  • General Guidelines:

Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

Only papers prepared in the prescribed paper template will be accepted

The submitted manuscript (PDF file) should be text-searchable. Any submission that does not meet this requirement may be returned without review.

Submissions should contain work that is substantially complete, with specific reference to new results and sufficient details included to allow the technical program committee to make an assessment of the work

All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance to the ICECMSN 2023 conference theme.

Accepted and registered papers will be published in the ICECMSN 2023 proceedings and after receiving the official paper acceptance letter, one of the authors is required to attend the conference to make a full presentation of the work.

    Plagiarism Policy:

ICECMSN takes plagiarism very seriously and regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. Papers will be screened for plagiarism and when identified the paper will be rejected at any stage of publication.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited.

Authors are not allowed to submit the paper simultaneously to another conference/journal [double submission]. If identified, the paper will be retracted immediately and the author will not be allowed to submit any other contributions to ICECMSN in the future.

Papers with significant overlap with the authors own papers or other papers will be rejected without review.

Authors need to provide consent that their submissions may be subject to an early rejection if it is found to have more than 20% overlap with existing research work[s] available to the public over the Internet (e.g., arXiv, webpages, etc.).

Note that even if a paper is accepted and paid for registration, the program committee has a right to reject the paper due to post conference plagiarism and will not publish the paper in the proceedings.
